The DWC-1 Low-temperature Impact Test Device is according to IEC 60884-1:2022 Clause 24.5 Figure 30 and Clause 30.5 Figure 42 (GB/T 2099.1-2021 Clause 24.5 Figure 27 and Clause 30.5 Figure 42 ), IEC 61386-1:2020 Clause 10.3 Figure 2 (GB/T 20041.1-2015 Clause 10.3 Figure 2), IEC 60811-506, IEC 60245-1:2008 (GB/T 5013.1-2008) and IEC 60227-1:2024 (GB/T 5023.1-2018). The test is used to evaluate the impact resistance of PVC insulation at low temperatures for various PVC sheathed cables, wires, flexible cords, and unsheathed parallel flexible cords.
